I am a jazz musician from Houston Texas that began as a gig worker in the early 2000s. I went to the High school For Performing Arts and while there, I won several awards and scholarships that helped me get to where I am today. I come from a family of educators and musicians so there was never a dull moment in my house growing up. My mother, may she rest in peace, was a wonderful soul who taught me a great deal of patience and how to have empathy. My father taught me the importance of hard work and being respectful
